Yes. We have experience with configurations for retail, manufacturing, services, distribution and construction. If you have a less common configuration, contact us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Cost depends on complexity. Simple modifications (a new field, a basic report) may take 1–4 hours. Complex modifications (new modules, integrations) may take days or weeks. We always give an estimate before starting work — which you approve.
Yes, if done correctly. We work with extensions and customisation mechanisms that survive platform updates. When we make an important modification, we document it and manage the platform update process ourselves.
Absolutely. Many clients have their own 1C administrator and come to us for complex programming projects, migrations or performance issues. We work well as external specialist support too.
